Jill is a certified Health and Wellness Coach with Wellness Coaching Australia and a registered Physiotherapist (B. App. Sc. Physiotherapy). She brings 30 years of healthcare experience to coaching women in midlife. Jill believes in optimal wellbeing at any age and uses proven methods to enhance physical health, reduce stress, and build confidence.
Passionate about this transformative stage of life, she empowers clients to prioritise their health and fully engage in family, work, relationships, and leisure. Her coaching expertise, coupled with a strong background in providing specialised psychological support, enables Jill to adopt a holistic, evidence-based approach to wellness. She helps women manage stress, build resilience, and navigate life’s challenges. Her mission is to guide women to create an exciting, fulfilling future with renewed energy and self-assurance.
